A former college educator, Randy has extensive experience in both sales and management training and is the co-author of The Science of Management & the Art of Leadership published by 2Logical in 2003. Mr. Nemec has been in the insurance industry for over nineteen years and has written almost $3 million in premium and $250 million in face amount on over 1000 lives. His practice is primarily focused on executive benefits, succession planning, exit strategies and estate planning. Randy lives in Cupertino with his wife Nancy and his sons, Josh and Ryan R.
